Carl Johnson Injured When Buggy Hit At Vandalia Crossing
Carl Johnson of Idaville was badly bruised with a gashed shoulder after a buggy carrying Mrs Johnson and a man named Roller was struck by cars at the Garden street crossing of the Vandalia. Johnson did not see approaching trains as he tried to cross. The crossing had no watchman or flagman. Johnson was taken to the hospital. others escaped injury.

Miss Nella Foust Injured in Automobiles Crash
Miss Nella Foust of Rockfield suffered serious injuries after falling from a moving car driven by Charles Mowrer of Ida, while three companions rode along. She was unconscious after the fall with two deep head cuts and other bruises, but later improved after medical care.

Chase Murphy of Brookston registered his Pierce Arrow at the State House as the first in White County this year. Lebert Charles of Chalmers added an Overland, pushing county totals to 960. statewide registrations exceed 88,000 for 1915, up from 65,000 in 1914, with Fords numbering about 30,000 of the total.
