Indecent Exposure Trial Reset To March
Two Copperas Cove women charged with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure saw their trial postponed by Justice of the Peace Chester Kincheloe after a request from the county attorney and their attorneys. The case, tied to an undercover Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission incident at the Long Branch Saloon in Burnet County, now resumes at 10 a.m. March 8. Four other defendants were fined in the same incident with varying pleas and amounts.
