Extermination Efforts for Cattle Disease in Worcester County
Massachusetts state officials begin slaughter of infected cattle at Allen Woodis farm killing twenty one cows and eight to ten calves, and at Alanson Needham’s farm twenty three cattle remain to be killed. Nationwide concern grows over disease spread and funding limits as authorities consider medical board review and possible suspension of further killings.
