Pioneer resident Diesveld dies after heart attack at 78
Henry Diesveld born in York City August 3 moved from Pigan to Chicago and Iowa before settling near Lakota. Married Emma Winter in 1883, had four children. four grandchildren listed. Funeral held at Presbyterian church, burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Survived by daughter Mrs Wade Ball Lakota, son Arthur of Iowa, and others in Michigan and Illinois.
