Proceedings of Winnebago County June 1905 Board Session
The Winnebago County Board of Supervisors met in Forest City on June 6 1905 with W H Combs C O Thompson and J J Holland present. They approved minutes called warrants for payment totaling 210 000 and discussed issuing 10 000 funding bonds to fund outstanding debt. The resolution detailed bond terms dates payments interest at 4 percent and provision for sinking fund. The meeting adjourned for further sessions through June 1905 with later agenda including real estate assessments and county finances.
