Notice of Incorporation Buffalo Center Telegraph Company
Notice is given that a group has formed a corporation under chapter one title nine of the Iowa code. The Buffalo Center Telephone and Exchange Company will own operate and maintain a telephone exchange with rights to franchise and poles. Capital stock authorized ten thousand dollars with one thousand paid up at start. Business begins June 19 1908 for twenty years with renewal. Five directors to be elected June 1909 and annually thereafter. Directors named J J Guyer J G Daum E Isaacson EB EB Secor and T Sparks. Sterlings offers copper cable lightning protection.
