The Board of Supervisors of Winnebago County Iowa will hold a December hearing at the Winnebago Courthouse Forest City to consider entering a loan agreement not to exceed 5.5 million dollars for planning and financing improvements to county roads in the UR-2 Urban Renewal Area. The loan, authorized under Iowa Code sections cited, would be a general obligation of the county with up to 7 percent interest. Citizens may file petitions to submit the question to registered voters.
