Medicare AEP ends December 7 for Medicare plans
The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period ends this Friday December 7 giving seniors days to switch or change their Medicare Advantage and Part D plans. A five star option is available through CMS. Disenrollment windows apply for switching back to original Medicare in early 2013. Health questions and approval required for each plan change.

IDPH launches 24/7 Your Life Iowa bullying hotline
Iowa Governor Branstad announces Your Life Iowa a new round the clock resource for bullying and death by own action. Trained counselors offer guidance to youth parents school personnel and concerned Iowans via call or text at 855-581-8111 or www.yourlifeiowa.org. The program funded by IDPH in partnership with Boys Town the State Youth Advisory Committee and the Department of Education aims to reduce bullying and support at risk youth.
