Farmers club interest grows in Tabor community

Tabor Iowa notes rising interest as the local farmers club gathers at Tabor high school for speeches by Ben son the county demonstrator and H McKnight. Steep Hollow Harvey Sept 20. School opens with about 85 90 pupils under principal Arthur Ford and assistants Chester Jones and Miss Essie Jones. The Red Cross ladies of Steep Hollow and Harvey organize a Bryan market on September 29 to raise funds for the county organization. Farm and city offerings include canned goods vegetables eggs butter and sewing items with eggs at 50 cents a dozen and butter 55 cents.
