War department lists Texas Oklahoma divisions in France

The War Department announced the two divisions of Texas and Oklahoma troops that arrived in France seven days before the armistice. The 86th under Major General W R Smith was at Conde en Barris and the 19th under Major General Henry T Allen was at Villers, Devon and St Dizier. General van der Maritz, the ex aid to Emperor William, arrived at Treves with a large army and may be planning a counter revolution.
