Bryan Commercial Club Seeks Fire Rate Reduction Delay

Obituary of Steep Hollow resident Bullock at 55
The obituary notes the death of a 55 year old Steep Hollow resident born in Wynn Parish Louisiana who moved to Texas in 1868. He married Louraine Risinger and fathered fifteen children, fourteen surviving. A longtime Steep Hollow Baptist Church member and devout Christian, he belonged to Woodmen of the World and Friends in Need. Survived by his father Thomas F. Bullock of Shreveport, widow, seven sons, seven daughters, and brother A S Bullock of Prospect. Funeral was at 4 pm from the residence, burial in Steep Hollow cemetery, with Rev. A T Coleman officiating.
