Funeral Services For James S. Ford in Bryan

The body of James Spencer Ford died at his McAllen home was brought to Bryan for burial in City Cemetery. Services were led by Rev. L Guy Ament at the depot. Pallbearers included Mayor Tyler Laswell and A M Waldrop. He was born January 11 1866 in Austin and practiced law in Bryan and Houston before moving to McAllen in 1980. He leaves six children, a wife, two sisters and other relatives.
