J. T. Ivenson was found not guilty by a district court jury in a joint trial with R. A. Stephenson for stealing an automobile owned by E. A. Wright. The car was taken from in front of the Chronicle building on November 8, 1916, and found the next day near Bryan. Stephenson’s case was severed and dismissed.
