Ray Jones, assistant Sports Editor of the Waco Times-Herald, is in Bryan visiting relatives and friends. He plans to leave Wednesday for Waco and may enter Baylor summer term next Monday while continuing work for the Times-Herald. Bade Funeral Held Sunday

The funeral of W. H. Bade who died Friday afternoon at his Highbanks Texas home was held at McCulloch Gordon Undertaker's chapel in Bryan Monday at ten. Rev RB Day of First Baptist conducted the service and the funeral train went to Howth for graveside services as Bryan friends accompanied the body.

Annual Farmers Short Course At Texas A and M Starts Aug Two

About 3000 people from across Texas are expected for the 17th annual Farmers Short Course at A and M College of Texas beginning August 2.
