St Louis Public Schools Chief Benjamin Blewett Dies

Benjamin Blewett, superintendent of public schools at St. Louis, collapsed and died of heart trouble today while addressing the Congress of Constructive Patriotism in Washington. The Associated Press reports the sudden death occurred January 26.

Davis Dairy Sold and Management Changes in Bryan

The Wayne Davis dairy was purchased by Glenview interests and becomes effective February 1. L M Gandy resigns as Glenview manager after several years and will stay in the community. The Glenview group now controls dairies west of the city with Prof Ridgway and Charles Felker of A and M College. Davis becomes manager of the consolidated dairy interests.
