Records Show High Passing Rate At A and M College
At College Station Texas December 27 Dean Charles Puryear reported that only 26 of about 1700 Agricultural and Mechanical College students failed to meet the ten hour credit rule and 35 earned grades that forced dropping a subject after final exams before the holidays. The college conducts preliminary exams before the holidays with final tests at term end in January 22.

Death of Capt. Adams Rocks Bryan Community
Geo. A. Adams learns of his uncle Capt. Robert Adams death in Houston. Known as Capt. Bob to Bryan and Brazos county residents, he lived at Steeles Store for years in merchandising and farming, later moving to East Texas and Houston. He was 72, came to Texas from Alabama in 1885, and was buried in Jacksonville after a shipment of his remains.
