Brazos county prepares for the Bryan Poultry Show December 9 10 and 11 with high interest and many entries. J Webb Howell chair of the Agricultural committee reported letters from growers and the special poultry edition of the Weekly Eagle will reach 3000 households. The meeting also noted support for the Good Cheer Association and praised the Bryan Chamber efforts.

A small flue blaze at the Allen Smith poultry farm drew the fire department around 8 o clock Monday night. No damage was reported, said Mr. Smith. Two fire engines and many spectators gathered at the scene.
