A Bryan and College trolley stockholders meeting at Carnegie Hall appointed a seven member contract committee led by F M Law and G M Brandon to finalize terms with Mr Kennedy. The group discussed a donated right of way and 20 acre power site, with completion targeted within a year and a $100000 capital plan.
