Washington November 7. The auditors annual report on the postoffice department shows a rise in domestic money orders from 27 898 202 to 29 007 870 and a dollar value increase to 442 183 254. Postal revenues rose to 950 021 384 while expenditures reached 101 682 160, a deficit of 6 413 885. Former railway auditor faces embezzlement warrant in Atlanta

A warrant is sworn for Thomas J. Hunter former auditor of the Atlanta and West Point railway in Atlanta on embezzlement charges. Officials say a depot ticket office shortage was reported days earlier and Hunter departed the city before the notice. The embezzled amount is not yet determined and will need investigation.

In Antwerp on November 3 the landing stage of the Waesland railroad ferry broke as the first crowded train arrived. Many people plunged into the Scheldt and 15 or 20 were reported drowned. Ten bodies had been recovered.
