Baskin Defends Licenses In Effect Against Revocation
A. J. Baskin, coauthor of the liquor bill, disputes a recent attorney general ruling on license revocation. The original bill’s repeal clause was removed, implying no hardship on current licensees, and he notes the general local option law allows partial license-fee refunds when revoked.
