Farmers Congress Draws Immense Crowds at Bryan
The Farmers Congress opened with large attendance and busy sessions. Cotton Growers Nurserymen and other associations met and heard speakers including M. M. Brooks and Jester. Exhibits from Brazos Williamson counties showcased education displays. The Dallas and Galveston figures warned Bryan’s potential as an educational hub. Numerous attendees filled Bryan as trains from Dublin county carried delegates. The schedule listed multiple group meetings and daily sessions with train times from Bryan to College.
