Foster's Weather Bulletin predicts continued continental disturbances
W T Foster reports in the January 12 1906 bulletin that a new disturbance will reach the Pacific coast around January 23 cross the Rockies by the 24th and eastern states by the 28th. Forecasts include a warm wave and a cool wave with generally light precipitation and drought in the Great Central Valleys and corn belt. farmers urged to hold grain as a hedge against predatory speculators. Severe weather is expected around January 12 and a great warm wave followed by a cold snap is anticipated. a drought in April is also forecast for the Great Central Valleys with limited impact.
