Mayflower descendants plan English Dutch records study

Dynamite Guns to Be Used in Philippine Campaign
The army plans to employ dynamite guns in the coming Philippines campaign. Lieutenant M C Buckey of the Third Artillery is dispatched to load twelve 2.5 inch Simms Dudley dynamite guns and gear on a merchant ship bound for Manila via the Suez. He will then tour Woolwich Arsenal Paris Amsterdam to study foreign mountain guns and howitzer batteries before proceeding to Manila.
