New Art Teacher Appointed at Texas Woman's College
Miss Maud Mihills of Houston has joined Texas Woman's College art department following Miss Frank A. Broome's resignation. Mihills, Pratt Institute graduate, brings decorative and applied design training plus instruction in lettering, drawing, nature study, and stained glass design. President Perry and Charlton affirm continued high standards and trust in the college's work across all departments.

A Tragic Dallas Baby Death After Fire
The Brogdon family of Dallas suffered the loss of their infant in a serious fire. Relatives in Tabor and Manganie Wells learned of the tragedy Tuesday night. The baby died around 1 a.m. Wednesday. The remains were brought home to Alexander for burial.
