Arbitration Discussed at Pittsburg Meeting
In Pittsburg on December 5 the American Mining congress heard President T. Lewis of the United Mine Workers of America condemn outsider arbitration as unsatisfactory. He praised mutual employer and employee arbitration as the most effective method for settling mining disputes. A letter from Judge Gray of Delaware was highlighted.
