Little Rock April 28 Judge Martin of the circuit court sustains the constitutionality of the antitrust law but narrows its reach. The decision confines penalties to offenses within Arkansas and affirms the state may exclude foreign corporations while limiting punishment for violations committed in other states.

Tornado in Nebraska kills boy and damages homes
A Nebraska tornado 20 miles west of Onawa caused three deaths and heavy property damage. A 10 year old boy was killed at the Ferrin home three miles from Ute, while Mr and Mrs Ferrin and five daughters were not expected to survive. More lives may be lost and further damage unconfirmed as the storm swept through Wednesday night.
