Correspondence from Benjamin Texas April 8 1901
The writer notes very dry weather turning to possible rain with no gardens due to drought. Health is generally good though several children are ill, including the infant son of Mr and Mrs L D Greenwood who is feverish after six weeks. A baby girl was born to Mr and Mrs Ed Branin on March 30. The wind blows hard, and the writer enjoys reading the correspondence and is glad for many Eagle letters.
