Local grocery list shows Spotless Flour at two packet sizes, priced at $1.65 for an 48 pound sack and 24 pound sack at 85 cents. Other items include Swift's Premium Hams at 16 cents per pound and breakfast bacon at 28 cents per pound.
Hon Cone Johnson of Tyler, Democratic delegate candidate, will address Brazos county at Bryan Court House on Monday afternoon April 20 1908. All are invited to attend.
