Allen Academy Field Day Highlights Record Moments
Allen Academy concluded its annual field day with strong showings across classes men 16 and up 14 to 16 and 12 to 14 led by Louie Hamilton whose pole vault of 9 feet 5 inches capped the day. Frank Buchanan and Eddie Bussard also posted superb marks as awards Daily events from April 6 to 7 featured multiple pole vaults dash races throws and jumps with Hamilton earning multiple firsts and leading the academy team toward the Austin track meet.
