Burleson County Teachers Adopt Library Plan
At the last meeting the Burleson County Teachers Association unanimously approved establishing a county library to be housed in the county superintendent's office with future expansion planned. Prof. A W Kinnard donated 2130 volumes and the group pledged one dollar per teacher annually to fund maintenance and purchases. The library is slated to open November 1 under the board of directors with rules to govern book intake.
