Texas railroad commissioner Judge William D. Willats died early Sunday morning. His body was shipped to Fullerton California for burial next to his late wife, accompanied by Mrs. William. Willats, who was 69, came to Texas 41 years ago from Kentucky. He studied at Mount Vernon Kentucky and earned a science degree from Campbellville College. The funeral will be held in California.
