Lexington Kentucky November 12 The case W Thomas F Nolan was set for trial today over the murder of Patrick Mooney. Mooney, a Leland Motel proprietor and alderman, died after a quarrel last spring. Nolan, an employee of B P Bradley, is well known among horsemen. This follows the second trial after the first jury failed to reach a verdict.
