A. and M. Directors Meeting Boards New Buildings
The Texas A and M College board met at the Oriental hotel with Col H J Milner presiding. J S Harrison of Waco won the contract to erect the new experimental building. Other bids ranged from Dallas to Howe with several firms considered. The board also discussed adding departments for rural engineering and teacher training and authorized special committees to present these plans to Governor Campbell and the legislature.
