Notice of special stockholders meeting Bryan and Central Texas Interurban Railway
Notice is hereby given of a special meeting of the stockholders of the Bryan and Central Texas Interurban Railway Company. The meeting, called by the board, will convene at the company offices in Bryan Texas at 2 PM on a date in July 1913. Purpose to authorize a mortgage on the railroad from Bryan to Wilcox and to secure bonds up to twelve thousand dollars, with up to twelve and a half million total bonds, bearing up to 6 percent interest, payable semi annually.
