Notice is hereby given of a stockholders meeting of Bryan and Central Texan Interurban Railway Company to authorize issuing and delivering a first mortgage on the company's property. The meeting, held at the company's office in Bryan Brazos County Texas, considers bonds not to exceed 3840000 dollars total, at up to 6 percent interest, payable semiannually, for a railroad extending to Witcox in Murleson County.
