A Mexican immigrant from Mexico City was arrested after rumors that ten Mexicans planned to join an uprising in South Texas. Accounts say workers in shipyards and steel plants enlisted, while reports from Fort Mirowu note scattered actions. In another item, General Carfaten dismissed the mayor of Vera Cruz for permitting an anti foreign demonstration. Official notice arrived today.
