Residents of Mousion Texas recall the overnight murder of Mrs HEC Arnold in a quiet Wasey district. Police report unclear motive and say the incident occurred while she was driving, prompting a citywide call for calm and further investigation by local authorities.
Representative Randwick of Georgia introduced a House resolution proposing an amendment to the federal constitution to disfranchise the Negro by submitting it to the state legislatures for approval. The announcement came from Washington on April 14.
