Hispanics See Rising Share of DPS Traffic Citations

Texas Department of Public Safety data shows the share of traffic citations issued to Hispanic motorists rose from 10.5 percent in 2009 to 21.8 percent in 2014 while white motorists dropped from 71.1 percent to 58.8 percent.
