Marconi Pioneered Wireless radio the Father of Sound News
A historic survey credits Guglielmo Marconi as the father of radio after 1896 patents and early experiments in England and Wales. It notes his 1897 sea and land stations, naval honors, and later posts at the Paris peace conference. Reports show a surge in radio sets nationwide, with farmers and towns adopting wireless telephony and market reports.
