McCollum Rites Held for Helena Resident
Charles Edward McCollum died July 13 1944 at age 62 in Helena Oklahoma. He was born January 12 1882 in Linn County Missouri and lived most of his life in Helena. Survived by wife Ethel and four sons Filton Thelbest Walter Donald, seven grandchildren, four brothers and a sister. Funeral July 16 at Helena high school auditorium conducted by Elder H Broadus. Burial in Good Hope cemetery.

Woman Sustains Minor Injuries After Street Collision
Mrs. May Robison, 39, of 3714 Glenwood Street, suffered minor head and arm injuries in a Saturday afternoon crash at West Ottawa and North Logan. Her husband and Mrs. Naomi Johnson drove the cars. Robison was treated at St. Lawrence Hospital and released home.

Senior Circle of W S C S Meets at Mary Hooker Home
