Carry Edith Browning born in Sullivan county on July 13, 1888 was a daughter of Mr and Mrs Brac Browning. She married Mack Havens on March 8 19. She joined the Free United Brethren church at age fourteen and left a strong testimony. After health decline she and her husband traveled to Colorado and the west seeking cure, returning with no hope of recovery as she passed away in January 1916 at age 27.
