Rabbit Hunt In Harmon Sees Hunters Rush To Field
Early Tuesday morning in Harmon a large rabbit hunt drew crowds as guns and shells sold at premium. Dr. Bartlett and C. W. Haggard led crews while Harmon’s resident shot 35 rabbits by noon before an accident temporarily halted a top hunter. Dr. Whaley stayed indoors with a bad cold as social reports compare outcomes to slow election returns. Proceeds from a large crowd at last night’s supper supported local causes.
