Lambert Family Reunion Held At Linneus Park

Members of the Lambert family and friends gathered at Linneus Park on Sunday August 27 for the annual Lambert Reunion. After a basket dinner, readings and contest entertained, officers were elected for next year. Attendees included numerous Lamberts and extended families with wishes that no one be omitted.

Home Coming Held by Reger Church of God

Sunday services at the Reger Church of God marked the annual homecoming with a crowded gathering despite bad weather. A noon dinner and program featured songs by Sunday school Junior girls, performances by Noram Turner and Linnie Reece, and a main address by Pastor Fred Bertshman. Awards went to the oldest attendee Rardon, the youngest Charles Stephenson, and the farthest traveler. Local and out of town guests attended from Kirksville Milan Big Springs Texas and Humphreys.
