Local notes from the Plain view area and Linneus outings
Hot dry week with several visits and gatherings reported. Ralph Elliott delivered mules to Deff Smith near Purdin on Tuesday, while Lester Harris moved dogs in Browning midweek. Families visited Ed Lambert, E. E. Allen and others Sunday, and a Linneus picnic drew locals. Attendees from Kirksville Business College and area residents planned moves and trips across Milan, Opel, and surrounding towns.
