Deborah Jones Jessee born 1869 near Browning Missouri died 1952 in Kansas City Missouri at her brother Howard Jones home. She married David Jessee in 1888 and had one daughter Naomi Irene Hou. Funeral held April 10 1952 at Istian Church Browning. Interment Jenkins cemetery. Survived by siblings, granddaughter, great grandchildren, and a niece.

Floyd Cokerham, 40, former La Plata High principal, chosen last Thursday as superintendent of La Plata schools by the newly organized Board of Education. Born in Missouri, he earned a BS in 1914 and an MS in School Administration later, with 20 years of teaching in Sullivan County and La Plata.
