Waters Ends Brownfield Basketball Career With Down Under Tour
Keeston Waters completed his Brownfield High School basketball run with a two week trip to the Gold Coast Australia for the Down Under Hoops Classic. The Texas Tech student played for a mixed Texas Colorado Wisconsin lineup, earned All Tournament honors, and scored 10 points in two games. Waters described the tour as awesome as officials drew mixed reviews from his mother. The event featured nine Australian and six American teams with games in Surfers Paradise and Sydney.
