Voters will decide 22 Texas constitutional amendments in a special election on Saturday September 13 with early voting through September 9 in Willis office at 500 W Main Room 109. Amendments cover veterans housing funds taxes religious property relief park funding literacy and education taxes hardship relief for elderly and disabled residents and state borrowing for transportation and rural fire prevention among others.
