Centennial celebration marks Methodist church in Brownfield history
The First United Methodist Church of Brownfield begins a three year centennial with a Chuck Wagon dinner prepared by Bob and Nancy Sparks. The event recalls the first Circuit Rider to Terry-Lynn Mission, now the church on East Broadway, and highlights three key historical milestones shaping Terry County's Methodists. Rev. Lee Crouch leads the observance with a three service revival and a Sunday morning service followed by evening sessions as part of the ongoing centennial program.
