TXU Electric seeks surcharge to recover fuel undercollection
On October 13 2000 TXU Electric filed with the Public Utility Commission of Texas to seek authority for a 231 423 477 83 surcharge to recover undercollected fuel cost revenues for August and September 2000. The surcharge would begin in January 2001 and be recovered over 12 months. It affects all customers with fuel cost charges under Rider FC and all TXU Electric service areas. The Commission will review the surcharge in the next reconciliation proceeding. Contact details for TXU Electric and the Commission are provided for questions participation and inspection.
