American Legion Opens High School Oratorical Contest
The 19th District announces the American Legion High School Oratorical Contest with $160000 in scholarships for contestants under 20 in grades nine through 12. The district event on January 3, 2004 features an eight to ten minute prepared oration on the U.S. Constitution and a three to five minute assigned topic.
